Return Policy:
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days, in original packaging
and original condition. Refund will be issued for purchase price
less 10% shipping and handling charge unless otherwise noted (special
orders, express handling/shipping, international orders, etc.).
Warranties & Guarantees:
All manufactures
warranties are honored. In addition we will repair or replace all
products we sell that are defective in material or workmanship
(not to include normal wear and tear or abuse).

Ayers Leather Shops collects personal information submitted by our visitors on a
voluntary basis only. Personal information may include name, title, company,
address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. The individual information we collect
is used only by Ayers to process orders, which have been placed by our customers;
or to answer your inquiries about our products, or services. We do not sell, rent
or transmit personal information to other organizations, except your credit card
company when processing your order.
Fraud:
Because Ayers considers the individual information we maintain to be confidential,
our policy is to disclose no personal information to third parties unless release
is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or government investigations or
proceedings. We do provide all information obtained in cases of credit card fraud
to the appropriate local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

in the tracking, apprehension and prosecution of those attempting to commit fraud.
