Each case is made of a 3/8" Spanish Cedar Frame. Framework is glued and screwed
with stainless steel screws. Upper and Lower panels are made from 1/8" Baltic
Brich and are pinned to the frame with stainless steel pins. A 15" aluminum piano
hinge attached with stainelss steel screws is used between the top and bottom
for precise opening and closing.
The outside of the case is padded and turned on every edge. No visible stitching
is seen. The hangle and handle holding hardware is completely leather covered.
The exterior hardware and locks are solid brushed brass.
The inside of the case is made of Italian Calfskin leather with exotic leather
trim.. Hardware is polished brass with a gold finish. The bottom hidden hinge
area of the case is reinforced with 3/16" firm rubber padding on the hinge area
so as to create a cushinon for a computer laptop sliding to the bottom when carrying
the case. The other 3 bottom sides and bottom panel are padded with foam padding.
Each case includes a 24k gold pen. The pen is wrapped in the same exotic leather
used on the exterior and inside trim of the case.
Each case can be personalized with initials or name at no charge.
Due to the Exotic Nature of the materials, and the Handmade quality craftsmanship
in each case, we ask for 4-6 lead time per order. Your patience will be rewarded
with a one of a kind case made in the U.S.A.
